1. Payment options

a) National shipments:

For delivery within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

3. Invoice (delivery on account is only possible for internal Goethe University orders)

By default we only ship with DHL.

b) International shipments:

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

By default we only ship to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done via UPS or a freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email (ap@goethe-campusshop.de) and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know whether we can also ship to the desired country.

2. Shipping Information

You can pick up all orders in the campus shop (Campus Westend, Lecture Hall Center) at no additional cost and in an environmentally friendly manner.

For all deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate for packaging and delivery costs of

5.95 EUR for insured shipping.

For shipments abroad, please simply inquire by email (ap@goethe-campusshop.de). Deliveries to non-European countries are not subject to VAT. That means e.g. For example, no VAT is charged for shipments to the USA/JAPAN. You pay local taxes and (if applicable) customs duties upon receipt of the goods to the postman.

We ship orders with Deutsche Post DHL Group and other service providers and sometimes use shipment tracking. All costs listed include VAT at the statutory rate. Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.

When delivering to countries outside of the European Union further costs may in individual cases be incurred, which shall be borne by the customer and not the seller. These include for instance costs for money transfers by credit institutes (e.g. bank transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

3. Delivery times

a) National delivery:

The delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be noted separately on the respective product page.

b) International deliveries:

The delivery time depends on the delivery country and shipping service provider. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
